About Us

Hi, my name is Juan. I believe health, fitness and financial security should be in everyone's reach. I have been in the fitness industry for about 5 years, from big box gyms, to in-home training and virtual. 

My fitness journey started with my father, who was a champion body builder. In my youth, I did not take the lessons he taught me seriously, and as I aged and got busy with life, I noticed my body  reflect that neglect.

I hated what I saw in the mirror so I set out on a journey to transform my body and in turn my life. I hired a few trainers to guide me along the way,  even though each investment was accompanied by financial hardship, I knew I needed to put my health first no matter the cost. 

Early on, I was fortunate enough to recognize that if my health were to fail, then so would everything else. 

Juggling work, life and fitness is no easy feat and is a hassle most share, but particularly trainers and those they train.

The relationship between a trainer and the client is a mutualistic one. Not only as a service purchased and provided but rather as an energy exchange. 

An unhappy trainer will have unhappy clients, a damaging cycle.

Fortunately, I have now reached a level of fitness and insight that my business model is centered on helping each party reach their respective goals. 

Thus Fitness 4 UR Business was born.

We go where most trainers don't, straight to your work place. Why, because work is usually the main reason most of us can't get enough exercise, so we go straight for the jugular. Cut out the excuses and get results. 

I love fitness, I respect business and I have a life to live as do we all. Balance is the key to living a fulfilling life and it is my goal to have both client and trainer achieve balance.
